As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day project management while taking an active role in client engagement and sales development. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, secure project contracts, and guide them through the construction process. Additionally, you'll be responsible for using BuilderTrend to keep projects organized, scheduled, and within budget, all while ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop new client relationships, nurture leads, and assist in the sales process to convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Conduct client meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve any concerns to maintain a positive client experience.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and to high standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project tracking using BuilderTrend software.
• Regularly visit sites to ensure project quality, safety, and alignment with plans.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on client relations or sales.
• Sales or business development experience, particularly within the construction industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with BuilderTrend or similar construction management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Based in the Denver metro area or willing to commute as needed.
• Hybrid: Partial work-from-home with occasional visits to job sites.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position
• Remote, Work from Home.
• Competitive salary range at $60,000 - $80,000, based on experience plus commission potential.
• Note: This position is currently classified as a 1099 contractor, but we are actively considering transitioning to W-2 employment.
